📦 How do I track my order?

Open the app and go to the Orders tab. You'll see the live status of your order and receive push notifications at each stage (confirmed, preparing, out for delivery, delivered).

🗓️ When can I order?

You can place orders anytime for upcoming delivery dates. We offer flexible delivery slots that vary by day — browse the date strip in the app to see what's available. Some days may be unavailable due to holidays or capacity limits.

❌ How do I cancel or modify my order?

Contact us via the in-app Chat or email as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled or modified before they move to the "Preparing" status. Once preparation starts, changes may not be possible.

💶 How do I pay?

We currently accept cash on delivery only. Please have the exact amount ready when the order arrives. Online payment options are coming soon.

🚚 What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within Berlin. If you're unsure whether your address is in our delivery area, try placing an order — the app will notify you at checkout if delivery isn't available to your address.

⭐ What are Daily Specials?

Each day we may feature one or two special dishes alongside our regular menu. Browse the date strip in the app to see what specials are pinned for your chosen delivery date before you order.

🌾 Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?

Our food is prepared in a home kitchen that handles wheat, sesame, nuts, dairy, and eggs. Please contact us via Chat before ordering if you have any allergies or specific dietary needs so we can advise you safely.

⭐ Something was wrong with my order — what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via the in-app Chat or at hello@akl-baladi.de with details and, if possible, a photo. We'll make it right.

🗑️ How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Edit Profile in the app, or email us at hello@akl-baladi.de and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, in line with GDPR.

🔔 I'm not receiving notifications — what should I do?

Go to your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Akl Baladi and make sure notifications are enabled. If the problem persists, try logging out and back into the app, then contact us.

🔑 I can't log in — what should I do?

If you signed up with email and password, use the Forgot Password button on the login screen to receive a reset link by email. If you signed in with Apple or Google, make sure you're using the same method you registered with. Contact us if you need further help.
